Perverse Kidnapping of 8 Month Old Baby

The perverse kidnapping of 8 month old Sebastian Pavon Cuellar, was followed with the murder of his grandfather.
Samantha Lowry, the kidnapper and her family had previously stolen all from the family of the child.
The case is now in the High Court of Justice of England under Hague Convention Proceedings

High Court of Justice of England will hear the case.

The High Court of England Court of Appeals is to hear this case of high perversity:
Extreme crimes,of theft, fraud, kidnapping and murder.
Samantha Lowry previoulsy appeared in the High Court of Justice of England producing all types of false records and committing all types of perjuries.
Even attempted to change the name of the baby without notice to Daniel Pavon and for the sole purpose to dissaper from Justice with millions worth of Artworks, but Justice Hedley denied her request and notified the Father.
Pending Proceedings under the International Treaty of the Hague Convention are to be hear at High Court of Justice of England, Court of Appeals.
All is known in regards to the kidnapped baby is that after the abduction he suffered
a fracture and was also taken to emergencies by reason of Otitis Media Acute with vomiting
caused by the neglect and refusal of Samantha Lowry to give the proper medical care to the baby.
Up to now, Samantha Lowry has refused to give the baby any immunizations.

The kidnapper Samantha Jennifer Lowry, had place Dead Threats against the Artist and his family, after her family members committed murder attempts against the elderly parents of the Artist and before the murder took place.
