Minton Burton Foster and Collins Fraud, Conspiracy, Theft, kidnapping and further matters described in THE LAWSUIT
JOINTLY and severally with the Milner Law Firm and more specially Joe D Milner:
For the beginning of their fraud and understand the International scam, please see their start of proceedings of May 30, 2007 and also June 13, 2007. Therein is clearly shown the Fraud where can be clearly seen Daniel and Sebastian left to Mexico on May 25, 2007 by agreement with Samantha, and before any proceedings had started, but teh Lowry family in conspiracy with others, planned this fraud in advance since before the birth of the baby. Then, once Daniel and Sebastian were in Mexico, Samantha Lowry in conspiracy with others, prevented their return , trespassed into Daniel Homestead, and started to make all types of false claims against him and his family, even through international media, and using deadly force against the parents of Daniel. Now, with the murder of Danie lfather at 79 years of age.

Even if Daniel and Sebastian were trying to return to Texas, since June 1, 2007, after Samantha did not arrive as she was suppose to on May 28, 2007, Samantha and her attorneys, obstructed their return in every way, while keeping secret all their proceedings, even Daniel and Sebastian went to Laredo on June 2, 2007 where Samantha was to send anyone, with their travel documents she had also withheld by theft, and such evidence of June 2, 2007 shows already the violence and threats of Samantha and her family against Daniel Family, (even when just on May 16, 2007 Samantha proposed to Daniel to marry him) yet, she did not send anyone with their travel documents to the border of laredo to allowed them to enter the United States. Even if Milner Law Firm knew of the Extrinsic fraud, including Joe D Milner and Jami Milner (also known as Jami Turner), but Samantha did not send anyone, even when she claim the baby was allergic to all types of formula and could die just a few days before.
Samantha continued to refuse to send their travel documents until her and Minton Burton Foster and Collins had stolen all in Secret and by fraud, then, a Settlement Agreement was reached with all the attorneys, written up by Milner Law Firm, and time when Samantha delivered all the travel documents of Daniel and the baby, but kidnapped the baby that same day aided by the Milner law firm and Minton Burton Foster and Collins and right after requesting a DNA test of the Baby, so is even unknown if the baby if from Daniel, after all, Samantha discovered to be pregnant in England on August 2006 and Daniel was in Mexico at the time for over a month.

The following documents were filed by Minton Burton Foster and Collins to obtain assets and property by fraud, on a frivolous suit with extrinsic fraud and violence that has ended in Kidnapping, Murder and theft of all for the unjust enrichment of Minton Burton Foster and Collins in Conspiracy with Mike Techow, Milner Law Firm and several others… This frivolous fraud, this perverse fraud, obtain without any evidence of any of their claims, but even, the evidence Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Milner Law Firm submitted to Court such as the ones referred herein in the left side of the document below, prove their fraud, their intrinsic fraud, their extrinsic fraud and fraud upon the Court.

Minton Burton Foster and Collins were hired on July 5, 2007, just a day before these documents were filed in Travis County Court. Then Minton Burton Foster and Collins will employ the Milner Firm and Bratton and Bratton firm (that is located in the same offices of Minton Burton Foster and Collins) In such Contract Minton Burton Foster and Collins, states they will “use their best possible efforts to obtain the largest reasonable recovery” Now, we study their frivolous claims on this document, proven with their own evidence Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Milner Law Firm and Samantha Lowry et al used in Court:

Minton Burton Foster and Collins, start by claiming Daniel Pavon Cuellar uses aliases of the owners of the properties they wish to steal their assets, but without a single document to prove their claims, just fraud and deception to the Courts. Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Milner Law Firm to obtain false Jurisdiction claim all events occurred in Travis County, when in fact, Daniel Pavon left on May 25, 2007 before they even started their SECRET proceedings on May 30, 2007.

The Milner Law Firm and Minton Burton Foster and Collins claiming the child was in Austin Texas even as of August 10, 2007; to also obtain a child support without the child…and illegal in Texas for $4117 a month for a new born from a Daniel who made only $18000 a year!, without any proof of income or any other evidence OF ANY OF THEIR FRIVOLOUS CLAIMS… While purposely and maliciously were preventing Daniel and the baby from returning to their home and keeping all these proceedings secret on a clear extrinsic and violent fraud that has ended in Kidnapping, murder and unjust enrichment. Then Minton Burton Foster and Collins continue with all types of false allegations, false claims, misleading statements, and fraud. Each of their claims of Minton Burton Foster and Collins are proven false and frivolous with THEIR OWN EVIDENCE FILED IN COURT BY THEM, IN EX PARTE PROCEEDINGS. They even obtain the Homestead EXEMPT PROPERTY of Daniel Pavon Cuellar, also 500 of the 1732 Original Masterpieces, also 160 acres of land and much more.

Now, by case law and a lawsuit filed against them, after murder, kidnapping and theft of all, how much they will have to pay.
If in this secret suit they obtained 35 million dollars for one month and 15 days from the time the lawsuit started to the SECRET final trial WITHOUT JURY, (Exemplary damages can only be granted by a unanimous decision of the jury, but no jury and exemplary damages were granted and obtained 35 million dollars plus real estate and Masterpieces…) Such a secret Final Trial that Susan Gail Lowry describes such Final Trial as a "A NEW COURT HEARING"
Sebastian remains Kidnapped for 2 years now, so at least Minton Burton Foster and Collins owe Daniel Pavon and his family $ 350 000 000 dollars, plus the theft of art and real estate, plus the murder, plus …much more.

Therefore, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, the Milner firm have withhold illegally and by theft, in breach of a settlement agreement, in breach of the laws and Constitution, all the personal documents, the exempt property of Daniel Pavon Cuellar homestead and all other property of Daniel Pavon Cuellar, including 1732 Original Masterpieces.
That way, they will prevent Due Process and the Lawsuit against them to continue.
Daniel Pavon and Guadalupe Cuellar received Dead threats against them if they would go to the United States ,right after the murder of Raul Pavon at 79 years old on February 8, 2007, time when he had just returned from Texas and had deliver the evidence against them to Mark Ray Hernandez, from Hernandez and Simpson.

Then, they keep this lawsuit secret in conspiracy with Mike Techow, in conspiracy with Tristan Nind and Joseph Lowry, and speed up the process illegally, to obtain a secret judgment on August 22, 2007 based on their Extrinsic violent fraud.
