After Samantha did not arrive to Mexico City as she said she would, and did not answer her phone, Daniel Pavon Reported the trespassing of Samantha Lowry via APD <Austin Police Department> site and also to Family Violence Unit Officer Rick Shirley.

Further confirmed with the testimony on the Police report of Austin Police Department Detective Andrew Westbrook that she broke a window to enter the homestead of Daniel Pavon. He claims "he gave the house to her" do you actually believe such false claim?

See the email of May 23, 2007 filed by Samantha Lowry in Travis County Court Ex parte secret proceedings, which clearly shows Daniel Pavon will leave his home very well locked, and also Samantha Lowry Knows Daniel Is leaving, then see the May 26, 2007 email, She writes, "Love Sam" also filed in Court in the Secret Ex parte proceeedings by Samantha Lowry.

So its is very clear, Samantha Lowry did not lived in the homestead of Daniel Pavon, it is very clear the Austin Police Department officers knew this, and is also clear that Samantha Lowry broke into the homestead of Daniel Pavon by braking a window. It is also very clear Samantha Lowry lived in 10205 Thomaswood Lane. Also is very clear the Austin Police Department were receiving the emails from Daniel Pavon and knew he was expecting her in Mexico City, but also is very clear they knew Daniel Pavon could not return to Texas because Samantha Lowry had all their travel documents.

Daniel reported the theft the travel documents to Austin Police Department and requested their help, yet, Austin Police Department Andrew Westbrook does not reflect this in any part of his report, neither from the emails that he was receiving that in fact Samantha Lowry was to arrive to Mexico City on May 28, 2007 and after she did not, Daniel and Sebastian were trying to return to Texas.
