Milner Law Firm Fraud

Some important records to see before you read the following document:
Samantha Lowry found to be pregnant in England on August 2006, she claimed the father of the child was Daniel, therefore she moves to Austin on September 2006 after
On March 2007, the baby is born.
On May 23, 2007 Samantha knows Daniel is leaving to Mexico with Sebastian.
On May 26, 2007 Samantha writes to Daniel “Love Sam” clearly shows there is no problem between them and absolutely no problem with Samantha Daniel left to Mexico with Sebastian.
Samantha was to Arrive to Mexico City on May 28, 2007. But did not.
May 30, 2007 Samantha delays her trip.

Now evidence proves the fraud and all these acts that were made in secret:

December 2006, Samantha was already working with Adelante Solutions, a company that gives media and government contacts and the company who will actively help them with the fraud 5 months later.
Samantha becomes an Illegal alien on December 2006.
April 2007 The Parents of Samantha right after the birth of Sebastian and after spending nearly one month three weeks in the home of Daniel, returned to England and started working with Jeremy Morley, an attorney from New York, English Citizen specialized in International abductions…
Immediately after Daniel and Sebastian leave to Mexico on May 25, 2007, Samantha trespassed into Daniel home and immediately starts to try to obtain warrants against him aided with a Austin Police Department detective Andrew Westbrook who she was having an affair with.
Her sisters arrived to Austin that same day and another unknown man.
Around May 27, 2007 her Parents arrived to Austin
On May 28, 2007 (Day Samantha was to arrive to Mexico) her boyfriend Tristan Nind and her brother Joseph Lowry arrive to Mexico, soon after, they start with violence against the family of Daniel and also start to try to obtain warrants against Daniel in Mexico.
Samantha Delays her trip to Mexico .
Samantha has the money and the travel documents for Daniel and Sebastian, and she was to bring them and take a little trip the beach, Daniel had short time since he will need to go back to work. But Samantha began to obstruct his return and make all types of false claims against him, including claiming he kidnapped the baby and the baby is missing and allergic to all types of formula and could die.
On May 29, 2007 Samantha Hires the Milner firm
On May 30, 2007 Samantha Lowry and the Milner law firm files these documents and been the first documents ever filed in court in regards to Sebastian.

Now, we analize these documents and how they made the Extrinsic Fraud to steal verything from <Daniel Pavon and also from his family, even the 1732 Dapacu Masterpieces:

The suit is clear that no other proceedings have taken place and there are no court orders.
Samantha and Milner Law firm give an incomplete address without ZIP CODE and without Neighborhood name, this by reason they will keep such proceedings secret and without service.
They claim the child was conceived by intercourse in United States, false, Samantha found to be pregnant in England and Daniel was in Mexico at the time.
They claim the child has risk of International abduction, when Daniel is in Mexico with Sebastian waiting for Samantha´s arrival.
They claim Daniel committed violence but without any evidence of their claims.
They start to take the rights of Daniel to his son and continue with all types of defamation and misleading statements against Daniel, once again, without a single evidence of their claims.
They start to ask for child support WITHOUT THE CHILD

When Samantha has all their travel documents and Daniel and Sebastian are already in Mexico

THEY PLACE RESTRICTIONS AGAINST DANIEL TO OBTAIN TRAVEL DOCUMENTS FOR SEBASTIAN.
THEY PLACE RESTRICTIONS TO REMOVE THE CHILD FROM AUSTIN TEXAS OR THE UNITED STATES
To authorize Law enforcement to take meassures TO PREVENT THE ABDUCTION OF THE CHILD
While the baby is in Mexico
They request that the habitual residence is United States, reason why they also claim the child is in the United States, when they know is in Mexico.
And if Daniel violates the order he will be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
They further request the child cannot be removed beyond the geographical area of the court “acting directly or in concert with others”
And they also request reasonable attorneys fees and a judgment against Daniel will be paid directly to the Milner Law Firm

Samantha Lowry then sends a Blank Joint Custody suit to Daniel on June 5, 2007 but keeping these proceedings secret, then used Daniel answers to the blank Joint Custody Suit to claim he knows about these proceedings. They even created a fake email account of Daniel and Joe Milner committed perjury. To make sure Daniel will not know about these secret proceedings
Such alternative service is against the law and International treaties of service abroad.
On this date Samantha applied under the Hague Convention without having custody of the child. Now see what happens on June 13, 2007
