Judge Dietz Fraud

Some important records to see before you read the following document:
Samantha Lowry found to be pregnant in England on August 2006, she claimed the father of the child was Daniel, therefore she moves to Austin on September 2006 after
On March 2007, the baby is born.
On May 23, 2007 Samantha knows Daniel is leaving to Mexico with Sebastian.
On May 26, 2007 Samantha writes to Daniel “Love Sam” clearly shows there is no problem between them and absolutely no problem with Samantha Daniel left to Mexico with Sebastian.
Samantha was to Arrive to Mexico City on May 28, 2007. But did not.
May 30, 2007 Samantha delays her trip.

Summary of these SECRET Court Proceedings:
They claim the child is in Austin Texas and to place restrictions to remove the child from Texas or the United States, and also to place restrictions against Daniel to obtain travel documents for the baby, also place restrictions against Daniel to place trespassing charges against Samantha, (When in fact, she was trespassing with 8 people total) and since the child is in Austin Texas therefore should be considered his Habitual residence, and if Daniel violates the order he will be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.

But the truth was; Daniel was in Mexico (since May 25, 2007 and awaiting for Samantha) since before proceedings started (May 30, 2007) and Samantha has all their documents and money and Daniel has been requesting for them to be able to return to Texas with Sebastian, Daniel and Sebastian have already been to Laredo were Samantha was to send anyone with their travel documents to the border for them to enter the United States, but Samantha stood them up and has refuse to send the travel documents to make impossible their return.
But also claim if Daniel violates the order, will be subject to criminal and civil penalties.

By claiming Daniel left and abducted the child after these documents were issued and that Daniel is secreting the child and the child is missing, the warrant for parental kidnapping was issued on June 18, 2007 against him. To further make impossible his return.
They further order that Daniel should deliver the child to Samantha and not give any rights to Daniel to his son.
For Daniel to pay child support when Samantha does not have the child
It is important to see that is only binding if the notice was received, same that was purposely not served on Daniel

Now evidence proves the fraud and all these acts that were made in secret:

December 2006, Samantha was already working with Adelante Solutions, a company that gives media and government contacts and the company who will actively help them with the fraud 5 months later.
Samantha becomes an Illegal alien on December 2006.
April 2007 The Parents of Samantha right after the birth of Sebastian and after spending nearly one month three weeks in the home of Daniel, returned to England and started working with Jeremy Morley, an attorney from New York, English Citizen specialized in International abductions…
Immediately after Daniel and Sebastian leave to Mexico on May 25, 2007, Samantha trespassed into Daniel home and immediately starts to try to obtain warrants against him aided with a Austin Police Department detective Andrew Westbrook who she was having an affair with.
Her sisters arrived to Austin that same day and another unknown man.
Around May 27, 2007 her Parents arrived to Austin
On May 28, 2007 (Day Samantha was to arrive to Mexico) her boyfriend Tristan Nind and her brother Joseph Lowry arrive to Mexico, soon after, they start with violence against the family of Daniel and also start to try to obtain warrants against Daniel in Mexico.
Samantha Delays her trip to Mexico .
Samantha has the money and the travel documents for Daniel and Sebastian, and she was to bring them and take a little trip the beach, Daniel had short time since he will need to go back to work. But Samantha began to obstruct his return and make all types of false claims against him, including claiming he kidnapped the baby and the baby is missing and allergic to all types of formula and could die.
On May 29, 2007 Samantha Hires the Milner firm
On May 30, 2007 Samantha Lowry and the Milner law firm files these documents and been the first documents ever filed in court in regards to Sebastian.

Now, we analize these documents and how they made the Extrinsic Fraud to steal everything from Daniel Pavon and also from his family, even the 1732 Dapacu Masterpieces, real estate, bank accounts, his homestead, and obtain a 35 million dollar judgement, all in secret all a fraud:

The document starts as:
“unable to properly serve respondent”
They immediately place restrictions against Daniel for:
Removing the child from Austin Texas (When Daniel and Sebastian are in Mexico since before these proceedings started and are trying to return to Texas)
Failing to deliver the child to petitioner, (when in fact Daniel and Sebastian are trying to return to Texas)
Then they grant possession of the homestead of Daniel Pavon to Samantha, When she is trespassing, to further make impossible his return as he would not have a place to live, but also to steal all his property and documents that were used for fraud in Travis county Court on later proceedings (They end up stealing all, even the homestead and all documents of Daniel)
Also place restrictions against Daniel to file trespassing charges, nevertheless, this confirms the trespassing.
Then they place restrictions on “diverting any and all mail from petitioner” when in fact Samantha did not even live there.
Then they extend orders to RESTRICT the removal of the child from any geographical area of the court
They place restrictions against Daniel removing the child from Texas or the United States, and also place restrictions against Daniel to obtain any travel documents for the Baby (When Samantha has them all and Daniel is asking for them to return to Texas (Extrinsic Fraud))
The Court should authorize the law enforcement agencies to take proper measures to prevent abduction of the child by respondent.
Because the child is in "Austin Texas", to find his habitual residence is Texas, when Daniel and Sebastian are in Mexico since before proceedings began. And for Daniel to pay child support to Samantha WITHOUT THE CHILD...
By the Manipulation of the Milner Law Firm, Minton , Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton, and Samantha Lowry to obtain money:
Judge Dietz (Judge John K Dietz) granted this order in Minutes. Judge Dietz Fraud Involvement: Judge Dietz granted several others after this one that were highly illegal and without any evidence of any of their claims, including a child support illegal in Texas for $ 4117 a month without any evidence of income, Judge Dietz also granted illegally and against the United States and Texas Constitutions the homestead of Daniel to Samantha and illegal alien trespassing in his homestead, John K Dietz also placed a $300000 cash bond against Daniel, if he will ever want to see his son again (a true Ransom). Judge Dietz also granted the sale of the Art Masterpieces against the Law, Judge Dietz also granted an alternative service against International treaties of service and against the Texas laws of service, and that the evidence they use to claim such service prove the extrinsic fraud, therefore, Judge Dietz should have known of the Extrinsic Fraud.
Daniel has written to Judge Dietz since August 2007 to notified him of this scam and fraud, Judge John K Dietz has replied to Daniel, but has failed to do any type of Justice.
Important to say, we believe he was used and manipulated by Joe Milner the Milner Law Firm and Minton Burton Foster and Collins and Judge k Dietz probably did not even see what he signed, much less any evidence. A Lawsuit has been filed in Travis County Court against Samantha Jennifer Lowry et al Including for theft, trespassing, fraud, kidnapping and murder
