This email filed in Travis County Court by Samantha Lowry and her attorneys in their SECRET EX PARTE PROCEEDINGS is of extreme importance!
The email is dated June 6, 2007 sent by Samantha Lowry to Jami Milner and Joe Milner from the Milner Law Firm, to Jeremy Morley the attorney in New York and also to Andrew Westbrook the Police Detective for the Austin Police Department.
June 6, 2007 was three days after Daniel and Sebastian went to Laredo (Border) for Samantha to send anyone with their travel documents (she had), for them to be able to enter the United States, but she did not send anyone.
This email is Before the Warrant of Parental Kidnapping was issued against Daniel Pavon, which let it be remembered what is International Parental Kidnapping:
The code States: "Whoever removes a child from the United States, or attempts to do so, or retains a child (who has been in the United States) outside the United States with intent to obstruct the lawful exercise of parental rights"
Also let it be remembered that just a few days before, Samantha Lowry claimed the child was allergic to ALL types of formula and could die.
This email provides evidence that:
1) Daniel did not intented to obstruct the Parental Rights of Samantha, who did NOT have custody of Sebastian, therefore proves the false warrant that was to be issued days later against Daniel.
2) Shows The Milner Law Firm perfectly knew Daniel had left his parents home, this is important since the Milner Law Firm sued OUT OF JURISDICTION, IN SECRET, AND FRIVOLOUSLY THE PARENTS OF DANIEL PAVON. To steal all their assets in secret.
3) The email reflects Samantha was coming to Mexico once again, but also clearly shows, how Samantha was obstructing the return of Daniel and Sebastian to the United States, and the Milner Law Firm, Jami Milner and Joe D Milner, but also Austin Police Department Detective knew Daniel was trying to return to Texas with the baby, they also knew Daniel and Sebastian had just returned from Laredo, were if Samantha or ANYONE would have delivered their travel documents when Daniel and Sebastian went to Laredo on June 3, 2007 (three days before this email) then Daniel and Sebastian would have been able to enter the United States, nevertheless, Samantha and the Milner Law Firm would not have gotten any money. Also no Warrant could have been issued, and of course they could not obtain any properties, and any of the 1732 Original Masterpieces.
This simple document proves the Frivolous suits, the Extrinsic and Intrinsic fraud in Travis County Court, and how they worked in Conspiracy to obstruct the return of Daniel and Sebastian to the United States, to continue with all their frivolous, groundles secret suits to steal all from Daniel but also from his parents.
