Joseph Patrick Douglas Lowry Aliases: Joe Lowry, Joseph Lowry, Patrick Lowry, Douglas Lowry and other aliases.
Joseph Lowry aided on the Kidnapping of 8 Month old Sebastian  Pavon Cuellar on December 3, 2007, also committed murder attempts against Raul Pavon and his wife. Reported to police by Raul Pavon before his murder and before the fraud.
