This sick and perverse woman, did not go to Laredo, and would not even tell Daniel she would not go?
Austin Texas is only 3 hours and a half from Laredo, and Mexico City  12 hours.

Now, it is known her family was also in Austin, Texas, also Austin Police Department Detective Andrew Westbrook had received this email, also the Milner Firm; so why if they claim the baby was allergic to all types of formula and could die, nobody show up in Laredo?

Money...Fraud, Theft.

Yet, compare their Secret Proceedings of May 30, 2007: They claim the baby is in Austin Texas with risk of International abduction and place restrictions against Daniel Pavon to obtain any travel documents, that way, to completely make impossible their to return, then trespass into the home of Daniel Pavon, and even if Daniel  filed charges, then Austin Police Departmemt Detective Andrew Westbrook, remove the charges.

This way, Samantha took possession of all the documents of Daniel and then steal all, even the homestead, even 1732 Masterpieces, all.

Up to date, November  24, 2009 Austin Police Department does not allow Daniel to press charges, not  even for all his stolen personal documents, not for the trespass, not for kidnapping, not for the theft, Austin Police Department Andrew Westbrook aided this scam  now with kidnapping and murder.

Austin Police Department placed charges of Kidnapping against Daniel knowing they are false warrants but that way, prevent to get sued.

Now important to read the last email of Daniel dated June 2, 2007, and more specifically , when he said Samantha could send whoever to the border with their travel documents for them to enter the United States.

...we need to file it with the courts. If You want, I will tell him to do that but first I will need to give him what is left of the money you left me....

I could not meet you in the bridge because if I did I would never be able to return here...I am begging you not to hurt me...Yet, this sick and perverse woman did not even told Daniel she will not be there, see the email of June 2, 2007, Daniel was very especific, send anyone to the border, WHOEVER...
