THE 1732 PAINTINGS ARE PART OF A LIEN THAT ONCE THE FATHER OF DANIEL SHOWED IT TO THE COURT ON FEBRUARY 1 ,2008 THROUGH MARK RAY HERNANDEZ,(ON A SUIT AGAINST SAMANTHA) DANIEL FATHER WAS MURDERED 7 DAYS LATER, YES, MURDERED AT 79 YEARS OLD. THE FATHER OF DANIEL ALSO HAD DELIVERED EVIDENCE OF THEIR FRAUD AND CRIMES, EVEN THE MURDER ATTEMPTS BY THE FAMILY MEMBERS OF SAMANTHA LOWRY REPORTED TO POLICE AGAINST HIM AND HIS WIFE BEFORE THE MURDER TOOK PLACE.
THEN CLAIM TO REPAINT THE HOMESTEAD THAT HAS MURALS THAT TOOK 7 YEARS TO PAINT . THEN JOE D MILNER CLAIMS THE ARTWORKS OF DANIEL SHOULD BE APPRAISED, BUT BY BEEN ONE OF KIND TYPE OF WORKS, CANNOT, THE VALUE NOW FOR EACH OF THOSE PAINTINGS ARE IN THE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS

We will describe how Minton Burton Foster and collins, the Miner Law firm and more specially Joe Milner abuse the trust of Judge Dietz, they openly and maliciously manipulated Judge Dietz, and openly and by fraud upon the court lied to Judge Dietz to obtain from him all types of illegal amounts and a Decree that violates Civil rights, Human Rights, Violated the Laws and Violated our United States and Texas Constitutions.
Judge Dietz received a total of 18 Exhibits for the trial, out of which most were either, irrelevant or simply such as birth certificate of Sebastian. But within those documents, proves the extrinsic fraud, Intrinsic Fraud and Fraud Upon the Court of Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and the Miner Law firm against Daniel Pavon, but also against Judge John K Dietz.

Within those exhibits given by Minton Burton Foster and Collins, the Miner Law on these Ex parte Proceedings, also proved the home of Daniel was HIS HOMESTEAD and protected by Constitution and Laws, furthermore: The Milner Law Firm obtained illegal alternative service, against the law, against international treaties and that the evidence given to Judge John Dietz to obtain such alternative service, prove Daniel and Sebastian were in Mexico trying to return to Texas, but Samantha Lowry had all their travel document.

Judge Dietz also granted the trespassing, without his knowledge, nevertheless Judge Dietz knew Daniel and Sebastian were in Mexico and needed their travel documents to return, but Judge Dietz Placed restrictions against Daniel to obtain any travel documents for the baby and granted the order of June 13, 2007 to obstruct their return fully by the Fraud and deception of the Milner Law Firm. Judge John K Dietz also granted possession of the Homestead of Daniel to Illegal alien Samantha Lowry with all the contents, with all his documents that will be later used for fraud, also by the fraud and deception of the Milner Law Firm to Judge Dietz, but Judge Dietz failed to read, failed to review the evidence, failed to abide by the Laws and Constitutions of the United States of America and Texas on these Ex Parte Proceedings trusting the Milner Law Firm and believing Joe Milner was a true "officer of the Court".

Then Judge Dietz was the Judge to hear and make his ruling on the Final Trial, knowing, no service was made to Daniel. Judge Dietz received the Fourth amendment Petition, yet, see his order and is very different from what Judge Dietz Granted. Judge Dietz knew it is illegal to grant such in Ex parte Proceedings, how this happened?

Judge Dietz also grants a RANSOM for $ 300 000 usd if Daniel would ever want to see his son, but without any evidence of any of their claims. Why would Judge Dietz do such a thing? Judge Dietz also grants incredible amounts of Attorneys fees without any proof of such fees or any receipts.
Judge Dietz was not given any proof of income to grant a child support
Yet, Judge Dietz Granted an illegal child support of $ 4117 a month WITHOUT THE CHILD. Emphasis added; that is ILLEGAL in Texas, but also against Daniel who only made $ 18000 for the whole year of 2006.

Even and illegally by the fraud upon the Court of Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and the Miner Law firm, Judge Dietz grants a lump sum payment, once again, WITHOUT THE CHILD, but Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton, the Miner Law firm and Samantha Lowry, in conspiracy, purposely and maliciously malipulated and lied to Judge John K Dietz claiming the child was in Austin, Texas and all their claims were a frivolous fraud. These amounts for a NEW BORN BABY and WITHOUT THE BABY, but also granting the homestead of Texas Resident Daniel Pavon to ILLEGAL ALIEN Samantha and when they are not even married? And without any right to the child for the Daniel? and a ransom of $300000 cash bond if he ever wants to see his son, without any reason or evidence?

Emphasis added: Judge Dietz grants such ridiculous amount of Child Support for a new born baby, and without the child, and to be payable in around 17 days. Emphasis added: Judge Dietz also grants the HOMESTEAD of Daniel to Samantha, when they were not even married, when HOMESTEAD is highly protected and EXEMPT property in Texas. But also when Samantah Lowry was trespassing into such property

Judge Dietz , manipulated and lied to by Joe D Milner, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton may have thought the child was with the mother in Texas, and Judge Dietz continued with restrictions against Daniel to obtain any travel documents for the child and further prevent their return to Texas. Prevent Daniel Pavon from the opportunity to be heard, prevent him from the Consitutional right of Due Process
The Fraud Upon the Court of Milner, and the extended extrinsic fraud can be clearly seen by the restrictions Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and the Miner Law firm obtains against Daniel to prevent by all means his return to Texas and prevent him from Constitutional Due Process, as to place restrictions of all types to make sure Daniel could not obtain any travel documents, no visa or any other documents that could allow him to return to Texas with Sebastian, Trespassing into his homestead and take illegal possession of all his documents and property, to steal all from him.

Judge Dietz further grants the sale of Fine Art against the Law, § 61.082. HANDLING AND TRANSPORTATION AND WITHOUT DUE PROCESS, AGAINST THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.

Judge Dietz also grants this decree against Texas Family code 152.2005 that makes it unenforcable.

Judge Dietz Violated the basis of Law, The basis of Due Process, and having the evidence before him of Extrinsic fraud. Judge Dietz Violated the basis of Human Rights, Family rights. But caused by the Manipulation and fraud upon the court, fraud upon the Judge by Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and the Miner Law firms
Judge Dietz Violated Civil rights, and without any evidence, on EX parte Proceedings and knowing no service was made.
But why, Judge Ditez changed so much the Petition of Joe D Milner, already ridiculous?
Why Judge Dietz changed the amount of Ransom from $150 000 to $ 300 000 for Daniel to see his son?

Then, a "New Court Case" to Take place on August 22, 2007... To Obtain 35 million dollars and more.

Nevertheless, this decree Samantha Lowry and Her attorneys agreed to dismiss and renounce to all.
