Then, on May 30, 2007 The Milner Law Firm Joe Milner and Jami Milner Turner initiated proceedings in Travis County Court Austin, Texas, claiming the child is in Austin Texas with risk of International abduction, and place restrictions against Daniel to obtain any travel documents for the child, when Samantha had all of their travel documents and money and was to bring them with her on May 28, 2007 to Mexico City.

After Samantha does not arrive, Daniel reports the events to Austin Police Department, but Austin Police Department Detective, intercepts and removes such reports.

Daniel starts to request their travel documents to return to Texas, more when his car is in a Parking lot and he needs to return for work.

Violence begins against the parents and family of Daniel, and therefore, Daniel goes with Sebastian to the border of Laredo where Samantha is to send someone with their travel documents for them to enter the United States (June 3, 2007)

Samantha Lowry not only does not send anyone with their travel documents, but even does not say she would not send anyone, and Daniel and Sebastian go to Laredo (12 hours ride each way) Even when, just a few days before, in secret, and in conspiracy with Austin Police Department Detective who assigned himslef to the case; Andrew Westbrook claimed the child was allergic to all types of formula and could die, also claimed Daniel kidnapped the child and the child was missing…But for the sole purpose to get warrants against him.

When Daniel returns from Laredo, finds in his email a Joint Custody suit sent by Samantha Lowry who claims she will filed with the Courtsonly if Daniel wants, then, The Milner Law Firm use the responses of Daniel to claim he know about their secret proceedings.

Daniel unable to return to Texas, and trying to stop the violence of the Lowry family against his parents , more when his mother has a heart condition, and even writes to Samantha Lowry to stop her violence and threats against his parents because of such heart condition, Daniel and Sebastian leave to Veracruz (Coast in Mexico)

As soon as teh Lowry Family know Daniel and Sebatian Left, they know of teh Heart condition of teh Mother of Daniel; Scarlett Lowry, Tristan Nind, and Joseph Lowry started physical violence against the elderly couple and will stand at all times outside the home of the parents of Daniel and throwing them rocks each time they would step out of their home, for the purpose to kill, since they knew Guadalupe (Mother of Daniel) had a heart condition.

The Parents of Daniel are also forced to leave their home, Daniel loses contact with them.

Then raids are made to the Parents home in Mexico City, while Daniel and Sebastian are in Veracruz, such raids appear ONLY ON UK NEWSPAPERS ON LINE, (Up to date no legal records of any raids in such property) yet, stolen documents including stolen bank records are used for fraud in Travis County Court by Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Milner law firm and Bratton and Bratton firm in Travis County Court.

By August 10, 2007 Minton Burton Foster and Collins, the Milner law firm and Bratton and Bratton firm attempts to sale the homestead of Daniel Pavon, kidnap Sebastian through secret proceedings full of fraud and decption without Due Process and even ask for a ransom of $150000 if he ever wants to see his son again, Plus much more. Yet, they claim the child is in Austin Texas still, and to keep restrictions against Daniel to obtain any travel documents for the child, but also attempting to get illegal amounts of Child support without the child.

By August 13, 2007: Judge Dietz grants the Homestead to Samantha Lowry , Judge Dietz Grants an Illegal Child Support of $4117 a month for the New born and WITHOUT THE BABY, (When Daniel Income was of only $18000 for a whole year) Judge Dietz also grants nearly $200000 in Attorney’s fees without any receipts, Judge Dietz also grants a ransom of twice as much of requested by Minton Burton Foster and Collins, the Milner law firm and Bratton and Bratton firm for a total amount of $300000 cash bond Daniel will need to give Samantha Lowry if he would ever want to see his son again.

On November 28, 2007 an International Settlement Agreement is reached between Attorneys and all parties involved, Executed on December 3, 2007 time of the kidnapping, and Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton, and the Milner Law Firm continued to sell all property.
