By testimony of Susan Gail Lowry Soon after the birth of the baby she had already hired Jeremy Morley , an attorney from New York expert in International Child Abduction.

May 23, 2007: A trip is planned between Daniel and Samantha and also shows Samantha did not live with Daniel in his Homestead.

On May 25, 2007: Daniel and Sebastian went to Mexico and Samantha was to arrive May 28, 2007, but did not.

Daniel continue to try to return because he needs to get back to work by June 7, 2007

Samantha Lowry Et Al stolen the money and travel documents and did all she could to make impossible the return of Daniel and Sebastian to Texas.

Then used high influences reaching Tony Blair (JUNE 21, 2007) , claim Daniel kidnapped the baby and in just 80 days of secret frivolous proceedings, steal all, but even from all his family, including real estate from the parents of Daniel, Bank accounts, 1732 masterpieces and much more even 35 million. (Out of jurisdiction and in secret without any legal service)

They kept the proceedings and the decree in secret and immediately started to auction the properties without notice.
These proceedings were against the law and constitution, against treaties and even out of jurisdiction, but reason why stolen all (Fraud is considered theft) without notice an fast, then they would have no money to obatin Justice.
The parents of Daniel find their properties are been auctioned and file a suit against Samantha Lowry, soon after an agreement was reached between all attorneys on both sides, same that was part of mediation with Embassies and Foreign affairs in Mexico.

THE INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT UNDER HAGUE PROCEEDINGS, EXECUTED DECEMBER 3, 2007

In such agreement Samantha Lowry agree to return all the stolen property, move out of the Homestead of Daniel and the child to remain in Mexico.

SAMANTHA WILL DELIVER THE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS SHE WITHHELD BY THEFT TO MAKE IMPOSSIBLE THE RETURN OF DANIEL AND SEBASTIAN. THE CONSUL OF THE USA EMBASSY WOULD SAFE GUARD THE BABY’S DOCUMENTS TO PREVENT ABDUCTION and also executed with the Consuls and Vice Consuls of the United States Embassy and British Embassy as well as the Director of Foreign affairs in Mexico (all were part of Mediation to reach the settlement agreement and contacted by Daniel since June requesting for their help).

During the execution of the Settlement agreement, Samantha Lowry requested before the notary and officials a DNA test of the baby that was to take place the following week. (When a mother request a DNA, the point is clear)

But Samantha Lowry fled the country by forging the consul signatures, kidnapping the baby with her boyfriend Tristan Nind and her brother Joseph Lowry (previously accused of child abuse in their family owned nursery named Hillsborough in Bishopstone England)

Before the Kidnapping, Samantha Claimed in Writing “ Indomitability Samantha and the mob” with threats against the parents of Daniel and Daniel. Threats of rape, beatings, and more…

The father of Daniel sued Samantha and on February 8, 2007 he was murdered at 79 years of age and one hour before his deposition.

Yet, even with all high rank officials, Embassies, foreign affairs and all the crimes committed by Samantha the child remains kidnapped, his whereabouts concealed, his medical condition in danger.

Up to date, Samantha Lowry Withholds by theft all property of Daniel Pavon, even his homestead,with all contents: records ,documents and all, also the 1732 Masterpieces owned by the Pavon Cuellar family and already sold real estate.

But the influences in this case reach Tony Blair and Parliament who gave full consular support to commit this fraud, could be understandable if they acted on good will, and Daniel was not heard, but now the truth is proven and in court...Yet, Justice remains denied.
